SEASONS:

LOW- 1st May – 30th September
HIGH- 1st October – 30th April

·All rates are quoted inclusive of VAT
·Weekend stays a minimum of 2 nights.
·Children under 5 yrs. no charge
(Please provide own camping cot if required,
waterproof sheets are provided for beds)
·Check in times not before 12 noon.
·Check out by 10.00am; however we encourage weekend guests to enjoy the Sunday up to 4.30pm.
·Sorry, but no pets allowed for the sake of our wildlife only. ·Also, no motorbikes, quad bikes or scramblers for the sake of your sanity and ours.

TERMS OF CONDITIONS

1. Fifty per cent of the total accommodation bill (including vat) is required as a deposit and should be paid on or before the deadline date to confirm the reservation.
2. Payment of deposits should occur on or before the deadline date (ie a week after your booking) in order to confirm your reservation.
3. Failure to pay the deposit on or before the deadline date will result in the reservation being cancelled without any prior notice.
4. All outstanding fees must be paid up, two weeks before arrival.
5. All changes to reservations must take place in writing via fax or e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2. Cancellations longer than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit  25% of the required deposit.
3. Cancellations between 16 to 29 days of the date of arrival will forfeit 50% of the required deposit.
4. Cancellations between 0 to 15 days of the date of arrival will forfeit 100% of the required payment.
